What is Crawl Frequency?

Crawl frequency refers to how often a search engine’s spider crawls web pages to update its index with new and updated pages. The search engine’s algorithm determines which websites to crawl and at what frequency based on the website’s level of domain authority and how often the content is updated. Sites with higher domain authority and that update more often are crawled more frequently.
